Core 4: Athletic Intensive
Agility. Strength. Nutrition. Recovery.
This one-week summer training experience is designed to elevate young athletes ages 11–17 by building a solid foundation in the four core pillars of performance. Each day blends high-energy training sessions with expert coaching on movement, fueling, and recovery. Whether they’re looking to improve on the field, court, or track, Core 4 equips them with the tools to train smarter, move stronger, and recover faster—setting them up for long-term success in any sport.
Basic Details
1 week: Mon-Fri
Ages 11-17
8:30am-12:00pm – 3.5 hrs a day
8:00 early drop off option if needed
1st session – 7/14-7/18
2nd session – 8/11 – 8/15
Cost : $245.00 per child
Includes water, cold treats and a trilogy t-shirt
