FUNCTIONAL CONDITIONING

FUNCTIONAL CONDITIONING is a small group class where we utilize highly specialized equipment, such as, suspension trainers (TRX and Super functional), kettlebells, sandbags, slam balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, and bodyweight training to build the essential foundations for movement in life. These small group training classes are comprised of a variety of cross-training circuits specially designed by our instructors. Because class size is small, participants receive more individualized attention. Classes are meant to be dynamic and challenging, yet adaptable to all fitness levels.
